Baadshah Gaming became the first poker room that restricted the opportunity to play from Gujarat

From this December Baadshah Gaming doesn’t allow players from Gujarat to participate in its online poker games. This happend because of the decision of Gujarat High Court: it claimed poker a game of chance.

Baadshah Gaming announced this news on their website and asked players from this region not to play poker on their platform. The CEO of the room Madhav Gupta says that they will continue to obey the laws of the state. He also said that they stopped all operations in this region, but hope that the situation will change and the room will see Gujarat players in the room soon.

Players who have money on their accounts don’t need to worry, as all deposits will be returned. It is also important to know, that all attempts to play in the room from Gujarat will be abandoned and accounts, that would be noticed in the game, will be banned.

Baadshah Gaming is the first online poker site that announced such decision in the attitude to the Gujarat High Court rule.
